DIRECTIONS
Rub a cotton ball onto the chalk and then rub on the front of the bag in various circles. Highlight and shadow using the same technique with other shades.
Spray with sealer and let dry for a few minutes.
Cut the ballon stings off balloon cut outs to use with the hearts.
Adhere the hearts and balloon strings to the front of the bag.
Adhere "I Love U" cut outs to the heart balloons.
Use Cricut cut outs or cut ribbon slits into the hearts. Thread the ribbon through the hearts.
Adhere the ribbon strand to the bag.
Adhere the small circles to the bag.
Using desired distressing or embellishing techniques, decorate three heart cut outs. Attach them together, hole punch and attach to the gift bag with ribbon.
